My box I received had an expiration date of one month from now. The cookies tasted like they were a bit stale. I had asked to exchange but the company never got back to me.

These are a delicious and healthier alternative to many breakfast snack options and pair fantastically with a strong morning coffee. They also serve well as a quick afternoon snack.

Ordered these with the dutch caramel/vanilla and the dark chocolate wafers. These are my favorites of all three because I prefer the taste of honey. Works best to warm up 5-10seconds max in the microwave to melt them a little, instead of placing them on top of a hot cup of coffee. I would absolutely recommend these and I plan to order again. The only issue is that they are advertised as being 120cals on the website and the box they come in, but the packaging says 140cals. The taste is worth the extra 20cals.

Not loving the constant emails received after subscribing...

We have found out that if the Waffle was made in Netherlands it is different from the ones made in Canada. Our son has an eating disorder and will only eat the ones made in Canada. The problem is, there is NO WAY to know which you will get. I really wish Rip Van would make it an option or label them differently so we could choose the ones made in Canada.
