I was thrilled when I found Rip Van. We had them in Amsterdam but not the low sugar and carb kind. I really fell in love with them so I was thrilled to see them in low sugar/carb form online. When the lemon came in I ordered it right away and I love those too. Both the waffles and the crackers, will be buying them again’
I’m sorry to report that wafers are just ok. I won’t be ordering them again. On the other hand, wafels are delicious and I’ll order them again after I eat all the wafers (lemon and dark chocolate) that I have on hand.
