    A Rip Van Wafer is a light, crispy wafer cookie with a smooth cream filling sandwiched between delicate wafer layers. Inspired by European wafer traditions, we made ours with cleaner ingredients, less sugar, and more fiber – without sacrificing the satisfying snap.

  • What makes Rip Van Wafers different?

    Most wafer cookies are high in sugar and made with artificial ingredients. Ours have just 1–2g of sugar per wafer and are made with real, recognizable ingredients – no artificial colors, no preservatives, no high fructose corn syrup. Light enough to feel good about, satisfying enough to actually want.

  • How are the wafers so high in fiber?

    We use a blend of plant-based fibers – including chicory root, sugar beet, and sugar cane fiber – depending on the flavor. These natural prebiotic fibers add digestive benefits and help keep the carb count low without affecting taste or texture.

  • Are the wafers gluten free?

    Our wafers contain wheat and are not gluten free. We recommend checking the packaging for the most current allergen information.

  • Are the wafers made on Nut-Free lines?

    Some wafer flavors – including Chocolate Hazelnut and Nutty Crunch – contain nuts as a primary ingredient. All wafers may contain traces of nuts and are not produced on dedicated nut-free lines. We don't recommend them for anyone with a severe nut allergy.
