Ours have just 1–2g of sugar per wafer and are made with real, recognizable ingredients – no artificial colors, no preservatives, no high fructose corn syrup. Light enough to feel good about, satisfying enough to actually want.

  • How are the wafers so high in fiber?

    We use a blend of plant-based fibers – including chicory root, sugar beet, and sugar cane fiber – depending on the flavor. These natural prebiotic fibers add digestive benefits and help keep the carb count low without affecting taste or texture.

  • Are the wafers gluten free?

    Our wafers contain wheat and are not gluten free. We recommend checking the packaging for the most current allergen information.

  • Are the wafers made on Nut-Free lines?

    Some wafer flavors – including Chocolate Hazelnut and Nutty Crunch – contain nuts as a primary ingredient. All wafers may contain traces of nuts and are not produced on dedicated nut-free lines. We don't recommend them for anyone with a severe nut allergy.
